Michael Begin, CFP®

Michael is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College, Magna Cum Laude, with over 25 years’ experience working in the financial services industry.

His resume includes an appearance on E! Television’s “Curse of the Lottery.” He has published two articles in Money Magazine, “Retirees Must Understand the Gap!” and “Use Your Taxes to Improve Your Wealth,” along with an article in Fortune Magazine, “Align Your Retirement with Your Dreams.” He is a contributing author of “Beating the Midas Curse.”

Michael is a recognized international speaker—speaking on topics that include “Demographics and how they may affect the future of your business and investments,” “Are your investments ready for the next bear market?” “Are your children prepared to receive their inheritance?” and “Is your IRA protected?”

In 2016, Michael partnered with his longtime friend and professional confidant, John Daley. Together they manage Array Partners.

In his free time, Michael is a devoted grandfather and an avid sailor. He loves traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with his family and friends.


John Daley, CLU®

After attending the University of New Hampshire, John entered the financial services industry in 1981. He received the majority of his technical training at the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and has mentored under some of the most recognized experts in the wealth management industry. In 1994, John was named to the prestigious “Who’s Who in Financial Services.” From 1994 to 2005, John was an Adjunct Professor in the Maine State College System, where he taught classes on Investing and Retirement Planning.

John and his wife, Beverly, raised their children on the coast of Maine. As “empty nesters,” they relocated to Sarasota in 2008 to be near her aging parents. Beverly fell in love with the beaches and arts, while John took advantage of the wonderful weather and found a new passion: participating in triathlons. He has raced all distances and completed his first 140.6-mile race in 2014.

Bill Hughes

Since 1977, Bill has been serving in the financial services industry, providing financial strategies and planning solutions to advisors and the clients they serve.

Since early 2003, Bill’s focus has been providing practice and client relationship development, collaborative team building, and executive coaching support to professional advisors. His approach employs a process of appreciative inquiry that focuses the advisor on getting meaningful results from their practice, their profession, and their life.

He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations awarded by the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. He is a “Fellow of The Institute” with the Heritage Institute of Portland, Oregon; a Certified Consultant with One Page Business Plan of Berkeley, California; and a Certified Provider of Q-Storming (an innovative process that resolves issues through the power of questions) in Lambertville, New Jersey.

Bill is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the 2008 Heritage Institute Pinnacle Award winner.
