He has been involved in all aspects of growing technology-based businesses and has held senior management roles with Motorola, IBM, Epiphany, Cap Gemini, CBS, and others, as well as several venture-backed start-up organizations.
Steve's consulting engagements derive from a career that required him to do business across three continents helping technology-based business achieve and grow revenue. Consequently he is keenly aware that clients need diverse sales and marketing strategies. His consulting clients have included Tello, Ramco Systems, Motorola Ventures and others.
Steve has extensive experience in enterprise software and channel sales and is well known for his drive, global network, and business acumen. Key accomplishments include developing new business revenue, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and forging strong relationships with C-Level executives. He has extensive experience in sales force structure, channel strategy and strategic partner selection as well. With an extensive global network, he has the ability to create and accelerate value and revenue for IT companies in multiple geographies.
Steve served as Vice President, Key Accounts and Business Development at RAM Group (a Cap Gemini Company) where he was responsible for marketing, sales, and business development activities. Prior roles included Director of Strategic Partner Development at Epiphany, Inc, and Director of Business & Channel Development at IBM, as well as various senior-level positions in the Global Solutions and Channels organizations.
