Market Launch:

Many companies who are successful in their home countries know that entering the American market is a profitable next step. But it's not necessarily an easy one. We have helped a number of companies launch their brand and their product in the US, which involves developing a sales channel, and conducting business development activities to identify appropriate partners (channel resellers, OEM relationships, and alliances) and then creating a revenue stream through these entities.

In a typical Market Launch engagement, Array Partners would:

We're all familiar today with the term, "offshore," but outsourcing is provided in a "nearshore" and an "onshore" capability as well.
